When my wife, Diana, and I began searching for a home in Florida, we explored communities across the state. With family connections to both Melbourne and the Bradenton area, Sarasota and the surrounding Gulf Coast naturally became part of our search.

The home at The Concession Golf Club offered everything we had hoped to find: a gated and peaceful community, beautiful natural surroundings, travertine finishes, modern conveniences, an open-concept layout, and no major renovations required. Bev recognized that it could be the right home for us, even before we did.

The entire purchase was fantastic and about as stress-free as any real estate transaction could possibly be. Bev was always positive, kept us updated, and helped us navigate every detail. The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty team was also brilliant in helping with the logistics of purchasing and moving from outside the area.

What makes Bev truly extraordinary is that her support did not end at closing. Shortly after we moved in, our air conditioning stopped working. Bev immediately helped us find the right people and resolve the situation quickly. She continues to be there whenever we need advice or assistance.

We often say that we won the lottery when we met Bev Murray. She is not the kind of Realtor who disappears after the sale. She genuinely cares about her clients and the lives they are building in their new homes.

We absolutely love our home in The Concession. It is comfortable, beautiful, spacious, and perfectly suited to the way we want to live.
