SARASOTA AND MANATEE COUNTIES SEE 20%+ INCREASE IN JANUARY SALES YEAR ON YEAR

The latest report from Florida Realtors shows that the Sarasota and Manatee housing market experienced an increase in sales and a decrease in inventory in January 2020. Sarasota, single-family closed sales increased by 22.8 percent and Manatee sales increased by 22.4 percent to 410 sales. Meanwhile, the month’s supply of inventory decreased year-over-year.
