As we transition into the summer months, it's not just the temperature that's heating up—the real estate market is experiencing a surge in activity as well. The market has shifted towards a more balanced dynamic between buyers and sellers, with six months of inventory available. This increase in listings is providing buyers with more options, fueling heightened purchasing activity despite the relatively high interest rates. Remember, our market is hyper local.
