According to the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM), Sarasota single family home sales finished 2025 up 9.3%, with a median price of $474,700 and 4.7 months of inventory. The market has clearly moved into a more balanced phase, presenting opportunities for both buyers and sellers. While the condo market experienced some price adjustments, Sarasota’s overall demand, lifestyle appeal, and long-term value remain strong. THE TRAVELS

After the holidays, Steve and I loaded up our 12-year-old pup Clemmie and drove up to the Blue Ridge , Georgia for a few glorious days of hiking in freezing temperatures and blue skies. It was the ideal setting to slow the pace, soak up the scenery, and recharge as we head into the busy season.
