The Architect

Master architect Stephen Park, AIA, IIDA, LEED AP created the outstanding 5G studio collaborative Miami location. He has been director of operations all through the Caribbean and the Gulf since 2013.

Mr. Park's 25 year career includes professional practices in Europe, Africa, and the United States. He as brought hospitality, aviation, office, residential, healthcare, interior design, retail, and educational facilities to these locations. His powerful business and design leadership is complemented by a secure role in a tight collaborative process. Clients know Mr. Park as a knowledgeable designer who helps reveal best-value solutions, while maintaining the important creative process. The new Sarasota condominum, The Beacon, is the latest of his long line of collective successful works.

Developer's Vision

This wonderful downtown premiere living space began with a simple idea; design a luxurious building that would increase the already breathtaking Sarasota skyline. The designers began simply by asking how to deliver an asset of luxury that helped the purchasers feel that they lived in a recognizable, iconic piece of property. Michael Holt and John Prosser from Noble Equity presented the idea that would deliver a perfect luxury amenity, paired with a name, that required a distinguished design. The combined vision was brought to fruition through the tremendously superior design of Mr. Stephen Park and the team of architects at 5G Studio Miami. The building's design was centered around the true meaning of the beacon - a light installed in a prominent area, used for a signal, or during a celebration.
