Grand Bayfront Tower Residences

This new building designed by the Ritz- Carlton would be constructed between the existing Ritz- Carlton, Sarasota tower and the Hyatt Regency.

Construction of a new residential tower called the Sarasota Bay Tower under the Ritz-Carlton name could begin by the end of 2023 and would sell in the Sarasota Quay district.  The Sarasota Bay Tower would have condominium units for sale between $3.5 million and $ 11.5 million.

Rising 20 stories with 74 unit Ritz- Carlton Residences, The Sarasota Bay building would be built alongside the Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota tower that opened in 2021 and within the boundaries of the master-planned, multi-use district between U.S. 41 and the bayfront.

Sarasota Bay’s plan is to be completed by early 2026 with the residences ideally situated in the center of the downtown Sarasota Quay building which is a highly coveted waterfront destination.This new condominium building will have units ranging from 3,500 square feet to just under 6,000 square feet, and the building will feature a host of amenities.  The units will feature 12 to 13-foot ceilings, large terraces, and expansive views of Sarasota Bay.
